Carlos Esguerra has been invited by the Competition Law Studies Centre “Centro de Estudios de Derecho de la Competencia” – CEDEC and by the Criminal Law research group of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, to participate as a panelist in the forum: is there a need to protect free competition through criminal law enforcement?

The event will take place on Wednesday, 20 March from 8:30 to 11:00 in the Marino Troncoso auditory, located in the Fernando Barón building of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
