Juan David Gutiérrez presented from Madrid the “Competition Law in Latin America: challenges and recent developments” conference

Our partner Juan David Gutiérrez participated as a panelist in the  “Competition Law in Latin America: challenges and recent developments” conference, which was organized by the not-for-profit association for Research on Law and Corporations “Fundación para la Investigación sobre el Derecho y la Empresa” (FIDE).

The event took place in Madrid, España and also involved the participation of the Professors Francisco Marcos and Antonio Robles Martín-Laborda. The three main topics that Juan David addressed in this conference were the following: 

1. Overall picture: When? Where? Who? How? Divergences and convergences. 

2. Recent developments in: legislation, competition authorities and judicial precedent. 

3. Three big regional challenges.
